Registration Is Open

You may register for NCBF online through the ABA's portal. Please review these instructions and refer to them during registration:

  • Search for the registrant's ABA record by ABA ID or E-mail. If a record is not found (or does not exist), you may still register by clicking "start a new registration"
  • Be sure to use the "NABE/NCBP/NCBF or IOLTA" registration option.
  • Continue through the prompts to pick a package, optional event tickets and guest tickets, until registration is complete.
  • Upon completion you will be prompted to reserve housing in the ABA hotel block, if desired. The Hilton Austin is the recommended housing option as it is the NCBF headquarter hotel where NCBF programming will take place.

NCBF Member Registration (after December 16, 2019) - $375 2-Day / $225 Saturday Only

Non-Member Registration - $425 2-Day / $250 Saturday Only

Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all registration fees for cancellation, substitutions or transfers. Additional fees will be charged depending upon the date the cancellation request is received. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and must include your Badge ID number from your registration confirmation according to the procedures outlined below. On or before January 15, 2020, written requests for cancellations for NABE, NCBP or NCBF registrations may be sent by e-mail to abanet@xpressreg.net; by fax to 508/743-9603; or by mail to ABA/CDS/onPeak, Austin 2020, 7 Technology Park Dr, Bourne, MA 02532. Requests received by January 15 will be subject to only the $50 fee described above.

Starting January 16, 2020, requests for refunds for NABE must be sent by e-mail to: emma.buell@americanbar.org, and for  NCBP or NCBF requests must be sent by e-mail to: steven.jones@americanbar.org, ATTN: NABE/NCBP/NCBF 2020 Midyear Meeting Refund. Requests for refunds received January 16 through January 23 will be honored at 50% of the total registration fees and optional events. After January 23, absolutely no requests for refunds will be honored. Please note, if you have registered for ABA sessions or events, fees for ABA events will be refunded according to ABA meeting policy. Visit www.ambar.org/midyear for ABA Refund Policy.

Hotel Information: The NCBF 2020 Midyear Meeting headquarter hotel is the Hilton Austin, 500 East 4th Street, Austin, TX 78701. All NCBF business meetings, programming and events take place at the Hilton unless otherwise noted in the forthcoming program/agenda. Secure your housing when registering for the meeting.
