About Bob
Bob Glaves has been Executive Director of The Chicago Bar Foundation since October, 1999, prior to which he had a successful nine-year career as a civil litigator at the Chicago law firm then known as Menges, Mikus & Molzahn. As Executive Director of the CBF, Glaves is responsible for leading and overseeing the CBF’s work that brings Chicago’s legal community together to improve access to justice for people in need and to make the legal system more fair and efficient for everyone.

Tom C. Vincent II brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance to his practice at GableGotwals. His background includes serving as chief compliance officer for different financial institutions, responsible for ensuring compliance with a myriad of requirements including customer protection, privacy, information security, and corporate governance.  Tom provides assistance to his clients with issues involving data security and privacy, including the establishment of privacy and cybersecurity programs, negotiation of appropriate protections for client information, breach identification, and required reporting.  Additionally, Tom has experience in investment advisory, trust and fiduciary, and insurance compliance, and has held various broker-dealer and investment advisory securities licenses.

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: NCBF has a limited number of rooms blocked at the Hotel Julian for the nights of July 29 and 30 at a rate of $149, before taxes and fees. Reservations must be made prior to June 29 to secure this rate. NCBF’s discounted rate is also available three nights prior to and after the main dates.
