Adding Additional Members To Your Foundation’s Subscription Is Easy

For each foundation subscribed to NCBF, there are 3 memberships available for online access. If you find a member is no longer listed as part of your foundation on renewal or you would like to add new members to your organization’s online membership, it’s easy!!!

If your foundation has a current NCBF membership, as the owner of the account, log in. When logged in, a new drop down menu appears called, “My Profile”. Mouse over it and in that drop down menu you will see, “Additional User”. Click it and it will bring you to a page where you can invite a user to be part of your NCBF online membership. Your invitee will get an email invitation.

If you would like to add a user immediately, check the box underneath the filled out information and they will instantly be added as one of your 3 memberships. See screenshots below.
